We collect information you provide directly, as well as data generated by your use of the app:

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where legally required (typically up to 7 years for financial records).
Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), access controls, and regular security audits. We encourage strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available.
Your Rights
- Access — Request a copy of your personal data.
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and data.
- Portability — Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — Object to certain types of data processing.
- Withdraw consent — Withdraw consent-based processing at any time.

Children's Privacy
Singleton is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us immediately if you believe a child has submitted data to us.
Changes to This Policy
We notify users of material changes via email and/or an in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Delete Your Account
You have the right to permanently delete your Singleton account and all associated data. Once processed, the following will be removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, photo, bio)
- All content and data you have created in the app
- Your activity history and usage logs
- Any stored preferences and settings
This action is irreversible. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel billing separately before requesting deletion.
